• Assess leadership, culture, and team capabilities. Ensure alignment with the requirements of the business. Identify needed additions or changes to improve the effectiveness of the organization.

Investor and Partner Representation

• Steward equity or debt investments, review reserve reports, company financials, various contracts, operating statements, etc.… Evaluate existing investments or new opportunities.

New Ventures

• Assess and evaluate opportunities in the upstream E&P, midstream, and oilfield service sectors, or energy transition space.
