Appointed as an independent advisor for the Faulconer Energy Board of Advisors in January 2024. Faulconer Energy is based in Tyler with a concentration of assets and operations in East Texas.
Named an independent director following the merger with Hawkwood Energy in August 2021. WFE is based in Houston with assets and operations in the Eastern Eagle Ford.

Past (2020 – 2022)
Served as CEO and an executive BOD member until the merger with WildFire Energy. Hawkwood was based in Denver and operated assets in the Eastern Eagle Ford.
Past (2019 – 2020)
Board member of Iron Horse Midstream. The Iron Horse System serves producers in the STACK/SCOOP/Merge shale play. The system currently consists of over 265 miles of high- and low-pressure natural gas pipelines, multiple compressor stations, and the Iron Horse Processing Plant.
Selected as independent director following Chaparral Energy’s emergence from bankruptcy in October 2020. Serve as Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Chaparral was rebranded as Canvas Energy in 2022. Canvas Energy is based in Oklahoma City with assets and operations in the Anadarko Basin.

Joined as an independent director in February 2020. Served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Reserves Committee. Chisholm Energy was based in Fort Worth with assets and operations in the Northern Delaware Basin. Earthstone Energy acquired Chisholm Energy in February 2022.
Past (2020 – 2021)
Elected as an independent director and Chairman of the Board of Jones Energy II following emergence from bankruptcy in May 2019. Jones Energy II merged with Revolution Resources in January 2020.
Past (2018 – 2019)
Founder, CEO, and executive board member of Travis Peak Resources from November 2013 until its combination with Paloma Partners LLC in February 2019. Travis Peak Resources was based in Austin with operations and assets in the Appalachian Basin and Eastern Anadarko Basin.
